Job Description
- Issue of quotations and invoices to new or existing customers
- Follow up on pending billings with customers or monitor project billings with project managers
- Allocate payments to customer accounts, disconnect overdue accounts, or reconnect customers
- Attend to phone calls, reply to customer queries via phone or email, and send periodic statements of accounts
- Perform cashier duties, including cash collection, issuing receipts, and banking cheques
- Manage documents on SharePoint, archive physical documents, or maintain inventory of files
- Create purchase orders and process payment certificates
- Follow up on open purchase orders, supplier billings, and HRDC refund processes
- Perform any other related duties
Qualifications
- HSC holders or ACCA Level 1
Skills
- Preferably one year of work experience
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
