Job Description

• Issue of quotations and invoices to new or existing customers
• Follow up on pending billings with customers or monitor project billings with project managers
• Allocate payments to customer accounts, disconnect overdue accounts, or reconnect customers
• Attend to phone calls, reply to customer queries via phone or email, and send periodic statements of accounts
• Perform cashier duties, including cash collection, issuing receipts, and banking cheques
• Manage documents on SharePoint, archive physical documents, or maintain inventory of files
• Create purchase orders and process payment certificates
• Follow up on open purchase orders, supplier billings, and HRDC refund processes
• Perform any other related duties

Qualifications

• HSC holders or ACCA Level 1

Skills

• Preferably one year of work experience
• Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
