We are looking for an: AR Associate (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming payments
• Internal and external clarification of debit notes and underpayments
• Execution of payment notices and reminders
• Internal clarification of credit notes
• Liaison with customers regarding open positions and payments
• Contribute to the creation of reports and analyses

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in accounting or comparable vocational degree in commerce
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections in an international environment
• Good practical proficiency in Excel
• Fluency in English required, German proficiency is an advantage
• Dynamic, thorough, precise and with a good understanding of numbers
• Analytical and business-oriented thought process
• Resilient and flexible with a hands-on mentality
• Well organized
