THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

As a Finance Analyst at charles, you will ensure the entire company operates at the highest level of excellence. You’ll own end-to-end finance operations and deliver the financial insights that fuel charles' growth as Europe's leading WhatsApp marketing platform.

Join our Head of Finance in building charles into an independent, self-sustaining business with excellent processes and customers who enjoy working with us. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently, optimize cash flow, and support the strategic initiatives driving our expansion across European markets.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You drive our closing processes and are a key contributor for steering and controlling across the company.
• You’ll own monthly and annual closings and ensure they are available promptly with the most meaningful insights.
• You manage the daily operations for billing and managing subscription-based contracts.
• You have a strong focus on improving our accounts receivables and payables, balancing financial concerns with customer and supplier relations. You will work closely with our Sales and Success teams to find optimal solutions.
• You manage presentations for management and investors and reports for different stakeholders.
• You actively challenge and optimize processes in a scalable and data-driven approach.
• You support projects like financing, supplier negotiations, or potential M&A processes.

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

• You have a (Master) degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or relevant studies.
• You have relevant experience through internships in dynamic environments.
• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with an analytical mindset.
• You thrive working autonomously with a high degree of ownership and an achiever mindset.
• You have a process-oriented and data-driven mindset and aim to improve finance processes daily.
• You enjoy working and communicating with customers.
• You have excellent English and German skills.
• Plus: Experience with Datev, Pleo, or Chargebee.
• Plus: Experience in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker or PowerBI.
