Accounting & Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Bochum
Salary Range: 50.000€ to 70.000€ per annum dependent on experience.
Contract: Permanent. 80%-100% working hours according to your preference.
iO Associates are currently partnered with a fast-growing semiconductor technology company. We are currently seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join their team at their headquarters in Bochum.
This is an opportunity to take on a key finance role in a rapidly scaling organization where your impact will be tangible and far-reaching.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing domestic and international payments.
  • Serving as a main point of contact for tax advisors.
  • Prepare structured financial documents for accounting purposes (DATEV), including depreciation tracking for assets and investments.
  • Maintain banking data and short-term liquidity reporting.
  • Take ownership of monthly and annual financial closings (HGB).
  • Produce internal financial reports and help shape and optimize internal financial processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (ideally in a medium-sized enterprise or corporate group).
  • Solid experience completing year-end financial closings.
  • Proficiency with DATEV and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
