TYPE: 1-year contract, potential to be permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
SALARY: €2,800-€3,600 START: ASAP
LOCATION: Almere, the Netherlands (Lelystad from summer 2025)
Finance & Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
• Processing financial transactions
• Accounts payable support
• Registering, screening, and monitoring accounting details in the systems
• Processing documents and information for relevant stakeholders
• Providing administrative accounting support to the Group Manager Finance, Accounting, and IT
• Ensuring invoices are completed, processed, and issued for month-end closure
• Coordinating & communicating with team members and external stakeholders
• Supporting documentation for credit notes, cash backs, and letters of credit
Skill requirements for the Finance & Accounting Assistant:
• Completed education: MBO+ / MEAO (finance & accounting)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role
• Experience with sales invoicing in an international setting is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
Skills required:
• Ability to register transactions in SAP
• Strong communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP (or other ERP), Excel, Power BI (nice to have)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
