Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and service assistance to customers and Authorized Service Facilities within assigned geographic regions for all matters regarding Textron Aviation products.
- Maintain customer goodwill by being the first line of support and primary point of contact, addressing all issues concerning aircraft.
- Identify field issues and document maintainability and reliability concerns for product improvement.
- Prepare documentation to inform management of fleet issues, including potential fleet and financial impacts.
- Convey working systems knowledge on all Textron Aviation models, with ongoing training encouraged.
- Respond to technical inquiries from owners and operators via phone, email, etc., liaising with Product Support personnel as needed.
- Handle ambiguous situations and a variety of issues effectively.
- Work with Authorized Service Facilities to meet requirements and provide necessary training.
- Address questions related to Warranty, Service Programs, and CAMP/CESCOM.
- Maintain awareness of the aviation community within the region through communication with customers, sales, maintenance, and vendors.
- Participate in trade shows and technical events regionally.
- Support the aircraft sales team and Textron service centers with technical expertise.
- Represent Textron Aviation at supplier meetings and operator conferences, preparing presentations as needed.
- Develop strong regional customer relationships and be available 24/7.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience with A&P/EASA license.
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft structural repair, customer support, or related maintenance experience.
- Preferred: Prior customer service, service center, or field service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency with computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel worldwide on short notice.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to recommend support equipment and spares inventory levels.
