Description

This position requires sound knowledge in the form of an IT education, such as a specialist computer scientist for system integration or a technical degree. Professional experience is beneficial.

Your tasks:

• Installation, configuration and delivery of highly available server systems including peripherals.
• Creation and maintenance of the associated IT system and network infrastructure
• Preparation and execution of acceptance tests in-house or at the customer
• Preparation and implementation of system training for users and administrators
• Complaint handling and on-call services (7/24 hotline)
• Remote or on-site system maintenance (service deployments)

As Softskills we expect independent reliable working methods with accuracy and detail as well as teamwork and good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

Requirements

Professional experience and good knowledge in the following areas are advantageous:

• Windows Server Systems 2008 and following (MCSE or CCNA certificate advantageous)
• Database management (installation, administration, support), Oracle/MS-SQL server
• IT Networking (LAN, SAN)
• Network Storage (NAS, SAN)
• Network security (FW, NAT, AV, IDS, Backup & Restore)
