CECO Environmental Corporation is seeking a Field Site Supervisor to independently manage installations, service assignments, and modernization projects across European sites. You will provide technical and organizational leadership to installation personnel on site and coordinate site activities to meet scheduling, quality, and safety standards.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers on site and oversee final project acceptances and handovers of completed systems.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a mechanical/industrial discipline.
• Relevant experience in installation work, plant engineering, or industrial site/project execution.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating installation or construction/site teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with high personal responsibility.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for projects.

Education And Experience

• Completed vocational training as a mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, steel construction fitter, or in a comparable technical discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in installation work, plant engineering, or industrial site/project execution.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating installation or construction/site teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, combined with a high level of personal responsibility and accountability.
• Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications.
• High willingness to travel for projects throughout Europe.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good communication skills and a professional, confident manner when dealing with customers and employees.
