Zusammenfassung

CECO Environmental is seeking a Field Site Supervisor to lead on-site installation, service, and modernization projects at industrial plants across Europe. You will manage site activities, coordinate teams, ensure scheduling, quality, and safety, and serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and suppliers.

The role requires hands-on technical background, proven leadership, and willingness to travel throughout Europe. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, steel construction fitter, or in a comparable technical discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in installation work, plant engineering, or industrial site/project execution.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating installation or construction/site teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, combined with a high level of personal responsibility and accountability.
• Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications.
• High willingness to travel for projects throughout Europe.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good communication skills and a professional, confident manner when dealing with customers and employees.
