The Role

In this role, you’ll be working as a hands-on technical expert who’s responsible for the installation commissioning, training and maintenance of advanced semiconductor equipment across Europe.

Day to day responsibilities

• Install and commission high-tech equipment at customer sites across the DACH region.
• Train end-users on the correct operation.
• Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance activities such as diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Prepare and deliver detailed service reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong and professional communication with clients.

Travel

Up to 60%, mainly Germany and DACH region.

Occasional international travel (outside EU) for training.

• Adaptable, curious and wanting to work in an autonomous / proactive manner.
• Excellent communicator who is able to explain technical matters clearly.
• Someone who wants to take initiative and solve problems independently.

Experience | Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters degree in physics, electronics or related.
• English (essential) and German (B1 minimum) speaking
• Experienced at installing / servicing complex electro-mechanical equipment
• Familiarity or interest in the Semiconductor market
• Experience in working with complex system software, creation of process-recipes, interpretation of large measurement data.
