Zusammenfassung

PROJECTUS seeks a field service professional to deliver on-site and remote support for medical imaging systems, including CT and nuclear imaging platforms. You will own the customer experience, coordinate resources, and drive timely resolution for hardware, software, and networking issues.

The role requires 2+ years in medical imaging service, strong electromechanical troubleshooting, and willingness to travel (air travel up to 15%, 300 km radius).

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience servicing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience installing and servicing medical imaging equipment.
• Experience with CT and/or nuclear imaging systems strongly preferred.

• Deliver clear status reporting to internal teams and customers.
• Act as a technical resource and customer advocate as required.
• Provide technical support to sales and clinical applications teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve service productivity by enhancements to tools, training, and processes.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for medical imaging systems, including hardware, software, firmware, networking, and clinical applications
