Job Description:

Flowserve is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician (M/F/T) to join our team across Germany. You will be responsible for commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site with customers, occasionally internationally. Your role includes coordinating and executing service operations, supporting shutdowns and commissioning of valves, electric actuators, and controllers, and ensuring safety and documentation standards are met.

You will also train service partners, customers, and system operators, provide direct customer support, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your profile:

• Completed training in mechanical, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Physical fitness and intercultural competence
• Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, SAP R/3, and relevant programs
• Willingness to undergo further training, including SCC certification
• Strong documentation skills and excellent communication abilities
• Stress resistance, solution-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel extensively within Germany and abroad
