The Lead Service Engineer represents the quality of all HMH products, providing technical assistance to clients and perform/oversee field installations and repairs.

Job Responsibilities

• Performing installations, commissioning, and overhauls (onshore and offshore)
• Monitoring system functionality during ongoing operations at customer sites (national and international)
• Recording, documenting, and evaluating technical issues and damage cases
• Advising customers on spare parts, equipment improvements, and service offerings
• Providing technical support to customers and the sales team
• Leading a service team on larger projects

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical field service or as a service technician
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in hydraulics and mechanics
• Confident handling of technical drawings and documentation Excellent English skills (spoken and written), good German skills
• Experience with SAP and MS Office

• Willingness to travel internationally (offshore suitability required)
• High level of flexibility, resilience, and customer orientation
