We are hiring a: Field Service Technician Calibration Team

About the role

As a Field Service Technician in our Service Team, you will represent Watlow to customers primarily in the northern regions of Germany. Your responsibilities will include performing on‑site calibrations, commissioning, and providing technical support for measurement and control products. Through your work, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting operational excellence in the area. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who is based in the Ruhr Area.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform on‑site calibrations according to AMS2750 and CQI9, including SAT and TUS measurements for aerospace and automotive clients
• Configure, install, and commission instrumentation and control solutions (controllers, recorders, thyristor controllers, etc.)
• Deliver on‑site product training and technical briefings to customers and internal teams
• Independently manage service assignments and provide remote support from your home office
• Collaborate closely with sales and customers to meet technical and operational needs
