Job summary

Trigasdm is seeking a Support and Service Technician (m/f/d) to act as the first contact for customers, providing vital service and support. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and managing projects for software and machine development.

The ideal candidate should have a completed apprenticeship or studies in relevant fields such as mechatronics or electronics and be proficient in German or English. For you | more than just a challenge

• First contact person for our customers, technicians and sales for service and support
  (f.e. maintenance, repair)
• Technical support in troubleshooting and elimination incl. initiation of appropriate
  corrective measures via remote maintenance and if necessary also on site at the
  customer
• Interface to design and development department
• Project management for the development and implementation of software,
  electronics, calibrators and other special machines
• Support and management of external partners for accreditation according to DIN EN
  ISO/IEC 17025 and certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001
• Performing calibrations of flow meters for liquids and gases as well as commissioning
  and modification of our systems
• Assembly and commissioning of new machines at our customers, including
  instruction of the operating personnel
• Preventive maintenance (inspection & maintenance)
• Monitoring of test equipment
• Organization of internal and external interlaboratory comparisons of our calibrators
• Consulting and training of our customers – on site and by telephone
• Preparation of technical reports and documentation

• Completed apprenticeship / studies as mechatronics engineer, electrician, electronics engineer
• Knowledge in software and electronics development as well as in control engineering and in the field of machine or plant construction
• Good language skills in German or English
• Knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Chinese can be an advantage
• Competent, trustworthy and confident appearance with customer on sites
• Travelling (20%) in Germany, Europe and occasionally internationally
