Job Title: Field Technician, Help Desk

Job Details

Join our friendly, multi-location team as a Field Technician and Help Desk support. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with networking and security troubleshooting.
2. Support Android and Windows systems.
3. Install and troubleshoot Cat 5 and 6 wiring.
4. Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
5. Apply mechanical skills to install and repair equipment.
6. Provide friendly, customer-oriented support and service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of networking, security, Android, Windows, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Mechanically inclined with a technical background.
