GovCIO is seeking a Field Service Representative to manage deployable communications systems from delivery through deployment at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The FSR will install, configure, troubleshoot, train end users, and provide on-site support to ensure mission-ready systems.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, 1–3 years SATCOM and networking experience, and familiarity with DoD cyber and COMSEC practices. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Clearance Required: TS/SCI.
• 1–3 years SATCOM experience.
• 1–3 years Networking experience.
• Experience with COMSEC items/materials (i.e. Type 1 encryptors, SKLs, KGs, etc)
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II (Sec+CE, CYSA+, CND, CCNA-Security).

• Completes system programming and optimization as part of the installation process.

• Operate efficiently to conclude all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test activities.

Producing top quality products for the customer is vital. This position will be located at Ramstein Air Base, Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany and will be a flexible/hybrid position.

GovCIO integrates deployable communications capabilities on behalf of our customer to provide deployable communications capabilities worldwide. GovCIO manages the hardware and software configurations; develops and provides training; field service support, logistics services; and manages Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework processes on behalf of the customer. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Field Service Representative (FSR) you are the primary liaison between the customer and company. You are responsible for the overall function of the deployable communications system for the customer from delivery to deployment. You are the SME in system assembly, installation, and system configuration in accordance with site assessments and schematics. You are the SME in ensuring completeness of system programming and optimization as part of the installation process and perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components, when necessary. You provide on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting. Operate efficiently to conclude all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test activities.
