SHINE Systems is seeking an experienced Field Service Analyst to support our global user base. You will train users on Gotham, troubleshoot issues, and help develop new use cases in collaboration with analysts to solve complex problems.

You will promote cross-border collaboration across the enterprise and provide direct feedback on software enhancements. TS/SCI clearance is required for this role, reflecting the security posture of our operations in Stuttgart, Germany.

Qualifikationen

As a Field Service Analyst, you will be on the front lines strengthening user relationships. This role may involve collaborating closely with users worldwide and providing direct feedback regarding software feature enhancements. Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the software product, Gotham. You will be responsible for training and guiding users in its application and functionality.
