5V Tech is partnering with a global leader in sustainable solutions, accelerating innovation across the EV and mobility sector. We are seeking a Service Manager in Germany, to lead and develop a regional service organisation, managing both internal teams and third-party partners across Central Europe.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of EV charging infrastructure, while driving continuous improvement across service operations and being accountable for customer satisfaction across the DACH region.

The role requires a hands-on and strategic operator with experience leading high-performing service teams, a strong customer focus, and the ability to scale service capabilities in line with business growth.

  • Lead and support internal technicians and external service partners
  • Ensure appropriate resourcing, training, and performance management across the service network
  • Oversee field service operations across the DACH region, aligned with global service standards
  • Implement and optimise service delivery processes, driving consistency and efficiency
  • Manage escalations and resolve customer issues in line with company policy
  • Foster long-term relationships with strategic customers and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and manage service-related KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Contribute to strategic decisions on service expansion, capability building, and operational excellence

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in field service leadership or technical operations
  • Strong background in service delivery, partner management, and continuous improvement
  • Skilled in financial oversight of service functions, including cost control and resource planning
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A collaborative, customer-first mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Fluent in German
