Job Description

Join our growing international team of Field Service Engineers, supporting major global brands in the food, beverage, and packaging industries. We’re looking for motivated, hands-on professionals with technical expertise and a commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of field service experience, ideally within the food & beverage, brewing, or packaging sectors
• Fluent in English
• Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site for extended periods
• Strong technical skills in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, start-up, and commissioning
• Professional conduct and strong communication skills—able to represent bXperts effectively to clients and provide timely updates to the team
• Team players with a solid work ethic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent hands-on experience in relevant industries (3–4 years minimum)
• Familiarity with any of the following is a strong plus:
• Filling
• Labelling
• Blowing
• Injection Molding
• Conveyors
• Palletizers
• Pasteurizers
• Mixers
• Cappers
• Seamers
• Past OEM experience is a bonus.
