Our client is a leading company with over 20 years of market presence, publicly listed, and specialized in unique wireless UHD video technology for the medical devices sector. They partner with top healthcare manufacturers across the DACH region and, as part of their European expansion strategy, are establishing a new central office in Europe.

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to become the first team member based in Germany. This person will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and strengthening its footprint across the region.

In this role, you will be the key expert for the company’s advanced products, supporting customers, providing product demonstrations, and escalating technical issues to the R&D team when necessary. As the company’s first hire in Germany, you will play an important strategic role, with the opportunity to help establish and grow the European office.

This position offers high visibility and the chance to work closely with customers, headquarters, and R&D, contributing directly to the company’s expansion across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving hardware / software issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and document solutions.
  • Assist in product testing and provide customer training on proper product use.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution and consistent follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in Field Engineering roles / Customer Facing roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Fluent in English and German.

Advantages :
