Qualifikationen

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for someone for the position of Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) in the North Rhine-Westphalia area.

Responsibilities
  • National Service & Support on-site for FT-IR, NIR- and Raman-Spektroscopy systems as well as other technologies
  • Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
  • Process integration of analytical instruments
  • Network integration of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
  • Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
  • If needed: support the remote-solution center
  • If needed: support of in-house repairs
  • If needed: support with service relevant document generation
Qualifications

Personality:

  • Customer-centered acting, solution-oriented thinking, accepting responsibilities and team spirit
  • Can-do attitude!
  • Solid knowledge of all modern PC and network standards
  • Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility
  • Willingness to travel several days per week

Qualifications:

  • Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experience
  • Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well
  • Proven track record in FT-IR, NIR-, Raman-Spectroscopy as well as remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a clear plus
  • Field service experience
  • Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing
