To strengthen our service team at our location in Ettlingen or remotely from North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for someone for the position: Field-Service Engineer (m/w/d) Region Ruhrgebiet

• National Service & Support on-site for FT-IR, NIR-, and Raman-Spectroscopy systems as well as other technologies
• Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnostics, relocation support
• Process-Integration of analytical instruments
• Network integration of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
• Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
• If needed: support the remote-solution center
• If needed: support of in-house repairs
• If needed: support with service-relevant document generation
• Frequent travel and overnight stays are required

Personality:

• Customer-centric attitude, solution-oriented thinking, responsibility-taking, team spirit
• Solid knowledge of modern PC and network standards
• Self-responsible working and time management, flexibility
• Willingness to travel several days per week

Qualifications:

• Degree in electronics, electrical, mechatronics, or comparable experience

• Proven track record in FT-IR, NIR-, Raman-Spectroscopy, remote diagnostics, and microscopy is a plus
• Field Service experience
• Fluent in German, proficient in English (spoken and written)
