In dieser spannenden Rolle sind Sie für die Installation, Wartung und den Support von hochmodernen Spektroskopiesystemen verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass ihre analytischen Instrumente optimal funktionieren. Mit einem starken Fokus auf Kundenservice und einer positiven Einstellung sind Sie bereit, häufig zu reisen und verschiedene Herausforderungen anzunehmen. Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung in FT-IR, NIR- und Raman-Spektroskopie ist ein klarer Vorteil.
  • Technisches Wissen in Elektronik und Mechanik, idealerweise in Optik.

Aufgaben

  • Installation, Reparatur und Wartung von Spektroskopiesystemen vor Ort.
  • Prozessintegration und Netzwerkintegration analytischer Systeme.

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for someone for the position of Field-Service Engineer (m/w/d) in the Munich / Bavaria area.

Responsibilities
  • National Service & Support on-site for FT-IR, NIR- and Raman-Spectroscopy systems as well as other technologies
  • Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
  • Process integration of analytical instruments
  • Network integration of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
  • Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
  • If needed: support the remote-solution center
  • If needed: support of in-house repairs
  • If needed: support with service relevant document generation
  • Frequent travel and overnight stays are required
Qualifications

Personality:

  • Customer-centered acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit
  • Can-do attitude!
  • Solid knowledge with all modern PC and network standards
  • Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility
  • Willingness to travel several days per week

Qualifications:

  • Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experience
  • Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well
  • Proven track record in FT-IR, NIR-, Raman-Spectroscopy as well as remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a clear plus
  • Field service experience
  • Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing
