Your mission

With immediate effect, we are looking to hire a full-time (Field) Service Engineer [m/f/d]. You will become a member of the Field Service team, servicing our Molecular Cartography platforms at Resolve’s Labs as well as customer sites.

This is a role based out of the company’s headquarters in Monheim, Germany, but will require effective global work. This role reports to the Head of Operations.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on our Molecular Cartography platforms.
  2. Installation and relocations of our Molecular Cartography platforms.
  3. Document activities, create service reports as required.
  4. Coordinate service activities with site personnel, as needed.
  5. Provide technical remote and phone support to customers.
  6. Train others to perform servicing activities on our Molecular Cartography platforms.
  7. Generate service instruction documentation.
  8. Propose design changes to improve reliability, serviceability, and the customer experience.
  9. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Your profile
  1. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/science field or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience servicing electro-mechanical products, medical devices preferred.
  3. Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot and solve malfunctions in complex electromechanical systems.
  5. Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  7. Detail-oriented.
  8. Ability to follow procedures without deviations.
  9. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg).
  10. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
