Job Description:

On behalf of our client, a European company specialized in the production of vision systems, we are currently recruiting a Field Service Engineer in Germany for the DACH Market.

Our client is a leading company specialized in the production of vision systems for pharmaceutical companies and packaging machine manufacturers, recently acquired by a WW leader of packaging solutions and services for the pharmaceutical industry.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Vision and traceability systems installation, configuration and assistance (on-line and on-site) of software products for pharmaceutical packaging lines
• Software and Hardware debug on site
• Creation of reports and problems analysis
• Execution of validation protocols
• Support for product testing and troubleshooting
• Customer consultancy and training

REQUIREMENTS:

• Science Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer, Electronic or Biomedical Engineering
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Strong skills on O.S. Windows and Hardware PC
• Knowledge of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and Data Base Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of main Network Protocols
• Willing to travel in Germany and abroad often
• Experience in pharma vision applications preferred
• Knowledge of packaging machines and packaging processes

Work location: Frankfurt or Stuttgart area
