We are in search of a Field Service Agent to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the Deployment & Maintenance team.

What will be your responsibilities
  • Provide highly responsive field service coordination.
  • Ensure clear directions and SOPs for validation tasks such as surveys, works, deployments, or maintenance performed by technicians, ensuring high quality and success.
  • Respond promptly and troubleshoot operational challenges for technicians and store managers via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Create clear processes with support and maintenance teams to request support on technical issues related to deployment and maintenance of smart lockers, including hardware and software components.
  • Negotiate with technicians to complete their tasks and adapt schedules in real-time.
  • Document invoices from suppliers and clients based on task performance accurately.
  • Manage exceptional cases when tasks fail due to operational or technical issues and take ownership of successful service delivery.
  • Handle client escalations, provide feedback, and update statuses regularly. Conduct post-mortem analyses on exceptional cases and generate reports for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to updating documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Stay updated with product developments and company processes to enhance operational and technical knowledge.

  • Proficiency in German and English, with strong communication skills.
