Location : Remote – Covering Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Bremen, Flensburg, and the surrounding areas.

Tasks :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and medical facilities in the assigned region (Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Bremen, Flensburg, and surrounding areas)
  • Visit existing and potential customers regularly to understand their needs and present suitable service solutions
  • Promote and sell the company's service offerings, including maintenance, repairs, and service contracts
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and product / service demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company guidelines
  • Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base and increase regional market share
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and sales progress using the company’s CRM system
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory and report insights to management
  • Plan and manage a personal sales schedule and travel route efficiently
  • Attend trade fairs, conferences, and promotional events as required
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing and product / service development efforts

Your Profile :

  • Fluent / native German and strong English language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in the medical field or healthcare industry (experience with endoscopy is a plus but not required)
  • 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, but not essential – this role could also suit a motivated service technician looking to transition into a sales position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently from a remote / home office setup
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the assigned region (Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Bremen, Flensburg, and surroundings)
  • Valid driver’s license – a company car is provided
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn
