Role Description:

As a Field Sales Manager (m/f/d), your territory includes the Dresden area, where you will acquire new B2B customers and engage them long-term with our products and services related to cashless payments. Your Responsibilities:

  • Targeted acquisition of new customers across the Dresden region
  • Ensuring sales targets are met in your territory
  • Managing and prioritizing leads
  • Acting as a qualified contact for customers and partners, including C-level executives
  • Implementing measures to support achieving acquisition goals
  • Maximizing existing customer potentials
  • Managing relationships with decision-makers, including planning customer visits independently

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:

  • Creating offers, managing tenders, and negotiating contracts

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed business studies or commercial training
  • Industry knowledge in cashless payment, software, or IT is desirable
  • Several years of experience in acquiring new customers
