Our SCALE IGBT drivers enhance the efficiency, reliability, and cost of high-power applications such as industrial motor drives, solar and wind energy systems, electric vehicles, and high-voltage DC transmission.
Objective of the role: The Field Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales, will be responsible for driving growth in the Automotive and High Power (gate driver) accounts in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:- Secure existing projects and drive revenue growth in DACH
- Define and implement strategies for acquiring new customers
- Manage and drive FAE/FAE’s and support activities in coordination with Marketing and Development Team
- Understand High Power and Automotive markets by segments
- Regularly meet with Key Accounts and join visits with other team members when needed
- Define pricing strategies using a value selling approach, understanding competition
- Deliver regular presentations and reports on updates and progress to PI Management
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for the territory
- This is a customer-facing role; regular travel is required
Essential Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 5+ years in a similar sales role for technical products
- Demonstrable success record
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, spoken and written. Any additional European language is a plus.
- Valid European driving license
