Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Engineer (FSE) will be responsible to build up a sales team to identify and address emerging customers with MPSNow team and partners and of MPS.

Essential Functions:

  • Contribute to MPS Revenue growth in the region through direct and in-direct technical sales activities.
  • Develop solid technical understanding of our products and relevant solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business.
  • Support customer designs with deep technical support from start to finish.
  • Gather customer feedback towards the development of next generation MPS solutions.
  • Drive the customer requirements internally and manage all levels of follow-up and support ensuring that the customer's needs and requirements are exceeded.
  • Work as a team with the assigned MPS Now FAE team and effectively manage this resource to maximize value-add to the customer.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years experience in the electronics market, ideally with experience in power management and analog systems.
  • Self-driven and willing to build up MPS Europe emerging customer business.
  • Ability to interface directly with customers and MPS Distribution Channels.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels written and oral.
  • Oral/written proficiency in English.
  • Willing to travel.
