Job Description

Field Sales Engineer

Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg– Remote – Permanent Employee, Full-Time

€70,000 to €85,000 + Company Car + Bonus (OTE up to €115,000) + Excellent Benefits

Excellent opportunity for a Sales Engineer with experience in capital equipment or scientific instrumentation to join a global industry leader, offering cutting-edge technology, strong training and development, and long-term career progression.

This company is a world-renowned manufacturer of precision testing systems used to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials and components across industries such as automotive, aerospace, biomedical, and electronics. Their high-performance systems are critical to quality assurance, research, and product development.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory across the Munich and Stuttgart region. You will nurture existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure excellent customer support and successful delivery of tailored testing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling high-value technical products—such as scientific instrumentation or materials testing systems—and a proven track record of success in field-based sales within sectors like automotive or manufacturing.
