Job Description

Our new facility, HanSafran, is being built on approximately 6,000 square meters, emphasizing growth and sustainability, with solar panels, a green roof, and energy-efficient systems aiming for climate neutrality at Nordport in Norderstedt. Join us!

The Field Representative acts as the primary contact at the customer’s site, providing operational support and maintaining customer relationships. You will ensure the operational serviceability of Safran equipment, assist with technical questions, and promote our services.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure Equipment Operational Serviceability
2. Respond to technical inquiries regarding engine operation and maintenance
3. Visit customers regularly within your assigned area
4. Manage data, compile reports, and follow internal procedures
5. Promote Safran Helicopter Engines services
6. Collaborate with Customer Service Managers and Representatives regarding customer strategy

Job Requirements

Qualifications include a recognized high school certificate with aeronautics specialization, 5+ years in aeronautical maintenance, knowledge of helicopter airframes, and preferably a Part 66 license. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential. Travel up to 30% is required.
