As a vital part of the global SAFRAN family, our Hamburg site is the heart of helicopter engine innovation for Central, Northern, and Eastern Europe, as well as Central Asia. Our team of 70 colleagues from 15 nations combines cutting-edge technology with expertise to keep our customers flying, supporting emergency services and defense operations. Currently, we are building a new facility, HanSafran, spanning approximately 6,000 square meters, emphasizing growth and sustainability, with plans to operate climate-neutrally at Nordport in Norderstedt.

To expand our team, we are looking for a Field Representative (m/f/d) – unlimited, full-time, 40-hour contract.

Your mission :

As a Field Representative, you assist customers to ensure the operational serviceability of Safran equipment in compliance with safety and airworthiness instructions. Your responsibilities include maintaining a privileged customer relationship and actively participating in the deployment of services and product entries into service.

Your responsibilities :

1. Provide local technical support to guarantee maintenance quality and optimize removals.
2. Support customers in daily activities to ensure continued engine operation.
3. Ensure asset levels are properly sized to meet contractual requirements.
4. Advise customers on resource availability for maintenance, including consumables, spare parts, tooling, and personnel training.
5. Assist in planning and implementing maintenance plans to ensure compliance.
6. Maintain clear communication between the customer and Safran Helicopter Engines Germany.
7. Contribute to product and service improvements and enhance contract profitability.
8. Hold a recognized High School certificate with further specialization in aeronautics or an aeronautical military school certificate.
9. Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance of complex components, including gas turbine maintenance or support roles; international experience is desirable.
10. Possess good technical knowledge of helicopter airframes and Safran Helicopter engines (desirable).
11. A Part 66 license is advantageous.
12. Fluent in English (B2-C1 CEFR or 785-945 TOEIC).
13. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
