Missions

The Field Medical Advisor (FMA) is the therapeutic and disease expert responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with HCPs in Germany. They provide insights into local medical practices and unmet patient needs.

The FMA plays a crucial role in developing effective referral structures aligned with medical guidelines, considering regional differences (e.g., university hospitals vs. rural healthcare settings).

This role includes participating in cross-functional strategic meetings and trainings to improve patient access to care and support evolving medical guidelines to better meet patient needs.

The FMA provides accurate scientific information about Stallergenes Greer products and clinical science in a balanced and credible manner, while recommending medical strategies to optimize market access based on clinical data and real-world evidence.

Your main missions will be :

  1. Deliver scientific and medical information to healthcare providers (HCPs) through educational presentations, discussions, and publications.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with regional and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and professional organizations to enhance standards of care in Allergen Immunotherapy (AIT).
  3. Identify local educational gaps and propose tailored medical education events to improve patient care and HCP knowledge.
  4. Participate in medical congresses, advisory boards, hospital preceptorships, and scientific meetings to exchange scientific knowledge and represent the company.
  5. Support the definition and execution of local medical plans, aligning with global strategies and identifying gaps in treatment paradigms to optimize patient access.
  6. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor engagement, educational impact, and project progress, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  7. Contribute to the coordination of clinical studies in Germany, ensuring participation in study development and medical communications.
  8. Ensure compliance with quality standards, ethics, and regulations, notify adverse events, and manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Profile

  1. Medical degree or MSc, PhD in health sciences.
  2. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar position preferred.
  3. Enthusiastic and focused.
  4. Ideally experienced with the area and/or target audience (Allergology KOLs, German AIT market).
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing face-to-face and virtual presentations.
  6. Team player with strong training skills, able to train Sales Force and Marketing team members.
  7. Proficient with IT tools, particularly Office suite.
  8. Self-driven, proactive, solution-oriented.
  9. Structured and analytical approach.
  10. Driver’s license B.
  11. Willingness to travel (>60%).

Professional working proficiency in German and English.

Geographically mobile in Southern Germany.
