Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and professional organizations to improve standards of care in Allergen Immunotherapy (AIT).
  • Identifying local educational gaps and proposing tailored medical education events to enhance patient care and HCP knowledge.
  • Participating in medical congresses, advisory boards, hospital preceptorships, and scientific meetings to exchange knowledge and represent the company.
  • Supporting the development and execution of local medical plans aligned with global strategies, identifying gaps in treatment paradigms to improve patient access.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor engagement, educational impact, and project progress, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Assisting in the coordination of clinical studies in Germany, contributing to study development and medical communications.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, ethics, regulations, and managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
Profile
  • Medical degree or MSc, PhD in health sciences.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing face-to-face and virtual presentations.
  • Team player with training skills to educate sales and marketing teams.
  • Proficient with IT tools, especially the Office suite.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Structured, analytical, and capable of managing travel (>60%).
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English.

Must be geographically mobile within Southern Germany.
