As the Field Marketing Manager, DACH & CEE Region , you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand presence , spearheading impactful marketing strategies , and bridging local insights with global initiatives . Your role will be instrumental in amplifying our market influence and driving business success.

We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments . You will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution , crafting marketing activations that push boundaries, break industry norms, and leave a lasting impression . This hybrid role will be based out of our Cologne office, where we foster a collaborative and creative work environment. We encourage team members to join us in the office at least two days a week to build stronger connections. You will report directly to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA - Based in Italy.

What you will be doing

• Gain deep market insights into the German and Eastern European regions, identifying emerging trends, key challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic field marketing vision that aligns seamlessly with global marketing objectives while driving regional impact.
• Foster strong collaboration between local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, communications, and other departments to integrate field marketing efforts with broader business goals.
• Create and tailor marketing campaigns, materials, and messaging that resonate with local audiences while maintaining global brand integrity.
• Strengthen Ogury’s brand presence across Germany and Eastern Europe, establishing the company as a leader in the region.
• Drive brand-building initiatives across CEE, with a strong emphasis on Germany, ensuring a compelling and cohesive brand narrative.
• Leverage a diverse mix of marketing channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital campaigns, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to track marketing performance, optimize strategies, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Craft a compelling brand story, ensuring consistency in messaging and delivering a narrative that captivates and inspires.
• Lead content development efforts, producing high-quality, engaging materials that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.

What you will bring to Ogury

• Proven marketing expertise, ideally with a focus on field marketing, event management, and brand activation within the Ad Tech, SaaS, or digital marketing industries.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands across the CEE markets, with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working seamlessly with sales, product marketing, communications, and global teams to ensure alignment and strategic execution.
• Highly autonomous and self-driven, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives from concept to execution, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Deep market understanding, particularly within Germany and Eastern Europe, including cultural nuances, regulatory considerations, and emerging industry trends.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), interpret insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Proficiency in analytics tools is a strong advantage.
• Storytelling expertise, with a talent for crafting compelling content that resonates with target audiences and elevates brand perception.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track, measure, and enhance campaign performance.
• Proven ability to adapt and localize global strategies to ensure relevance and market-specific impact within the DACH and CEE regions.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal); additional Eastern European languages are a strong plus.

€40,000 - €50,000 a year In compliance with country-specific pay transparency regulations, we are committed to providing visibility into compensation for all of our teams, globally.
The salary for the Field Marketing Manager, DACH & CEE role ranges from €40,000 - €50,000 annually, based on relevant experience and location.
