Your Tasks

• Worldwide support of prototypes from development to successful market launch
• Act as a liaison between design, development, and customer/service (field) regarding customer-specific requirements
• Support task force (onsite management) in critical customer projects (special machines and prototypes)
• 2nd level support for technical inquiries (remote and on-site)
• Participate in further development and new development of components and machines
• Internal training, e.g., machine settings, new developments

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, with relevant experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in automation or electrical engineering
• Openness to working with wet chemical processes
• Knowledge of CAD (e.g., SolidWorks) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel worldwide (50-60%)
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Proficient with common Office systems (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Analytical skills and holistic thinking
