Job Description: Field Engineer 1st Level Support (m/w/d)

As a Field Engineer 1st Level Support (m/w/d), you will be active nationwide in Germany.

Ihre Aufgaben

1. Support with deployments & configurations of software components
2. Handling integration requests at 1st-Level Support
3. Basic system integration activities including adjustments and support during serial integration of PLATH systems
4. Basic network configuration and fine-tuning of parameters within the integration
5. Regular documentation of the current status

Ihr Profil

1. Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable education or professional experience in IT system integration
2. Knowledge in IT system integration (Ansible, Git, RHEL, Windows)
3. Basic understanding of network technology
4. Ideally, initial experience in conducting IT projects
5. Independent and reliable working style
6. High flexibility for business trips
7. Good communication and problem-solving skills
8. Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
