The role involves troubleshooting, training customers, and collaborating with product teams.   • Understanding of service-based architecture.

A Bit About The Role

  1. Installation and support of Imagine solutions
  2. Automation / Video Servers, Channel in a Box, MAM, Graphics, Gateways solutions
  3. Setup with traditional SDI and new solutions like 2110, 2022 / 6, TS, HDR, JpegXS, Dockers, hybrid systems
  4. Collaborate with product lines and R&D to improve solutions and meet customer needs
  5. Support large, innovative projects during implementation and live migration
  6. Travel internationally to support and manage key customers in West Europe and Africa
  7. Assist sales with potential future opportunities
  8. Provide on-site and remote services

Technical Commissioning and Training

  1. Install equipment on-site and ensure its proper operation
  2. Provide basic operation and maintenance training to customers
  3. Troubleshoot equipment issues at customer sites
  4. Offer alternative solutions when current solutions do not meet expectations
  5. Create simulations of reported problems and test solutions
  6. Coordinate with other departments to resolve on-site issues
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution
  8. Act as an advocate for both the company and the customer
  9. Arrange for module exchanges or factory repairs
  10. Complete expense and field trip reports promptly

Technical Product Support

  1. Resolve customer product/system issues following support protocols
  2. Arrange for module exchange or repair
  3. Log service activities accurately in CRM system
  4. Escalate complex issues appropriately
  5. Support e-service tools like customer queries and repairs

About You

  1. Engineering or Bachelor's degree
  2. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  3. At least 5 years of experience with Broadcast & Playout Technologies
  4. Hands-on experience with Automation, Playout, Graphics, MAM, Newsroom, Infrastructure workflows (preferably with Imagine products & services)
  5. Understanding of service-based architecture
  6. Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  7. Willingness to travel mainly within West Europe and Africa, with flexibility for global travel and remote work
