Job Summary

This vital role involves providing exceptional field support (North-Central Germany) by delivering services and support to enable customers to fully utilize our products at their sites.

1. Provide technical repair and maintenance services for endotoxin, rapid bioburden, and microbial detection laboratory instruments at customer sites.
2. Schedule and conduct on-site service visits for product installation, qualification, routine preventive maintenance, and performance analysis.
3. Offer technical support and problem resolution via phone, email, or on-site.
4. Complete all field service activities and documentation as per product, customer, and SOP requirements.
5. Assist sales with product demonstrations, customer training, and validations.
6. Ensure all service and compliance documentation adheres to company policies, cGMP, and FDA standards.
7. Resolve service issues with customer test lab equipment.

Job Qualifications

1. Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry).
2. Minimum 4 years of related experience in field service, technical support, laboratory, or research roles.
3. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
4. Ability to manage schedules, trips, and administrative tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in German and English (B1/B2 level) – verbal and written.
6. Valid driving license.
