E.ON Next Energy is seeking Field Support Agents for the Field Debt Solutions team. You will help customers resolve debts, support future payments, and find ways to reduce energy consumption.

The role involves travel in Worcestershire, flexible hours, and potential to train on PAYG meter installations. Salary starts at £32,535 and rises to £34,957 after training, with a strong benefits package and opportunities to earn more through performance.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a real desire to help customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Live in Worcestershire and travel with overnight stays for training.
• Full valid UK/EU driving licence (preferably clean, max 6 points).
• Access to broadband at home for day-to-day data uploads.

We’re looking for Field Support Agents to join our growing Field Debt Solutions team. In this role, you’ll help customers resolve their debts, support future payments, and find ways to reduce energy consumption.

• Where necessary, leading a warrant team to force entry to customer premises to exchange/disconnect meters.

• Live in Worcestershire and happy to travel with overnight stays where required to complete training.

• A full valid UK/EU driving licence (preferably clean, but with a maximum of 6 points).

• Must have access to Broadband at home in order to upload day to day data. We will include a set monthly broadband allowance into your salary.

• Your role also includes a monthly £10 electric and £10 Broadband allowance
