Job summary

OneDealer Germany GmbH in Bayern sucht einen Field-based Trainer (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf bestehenden Kundenservice. Sie identifizieren Beratungs- und Schulungsbedarfe im Vertriebsbereich, vereinbaren eigenständig Kundentermine und betreuen Bestandskunden vor Ort und telefonisch.

Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen Hochschulabschluss mit, idealerweise Vertriebs­erfolg in der Automobilbranche, Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit, sowie Reisebereitschaft

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss.
• Idealweise Erfolge im Vertrieb in der Automobilbranche.
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke.
• Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein.

Responsibilities

• Sie identifizieren Beratungs- und Schulungsbedarfe im Vertriebsbereich.
• Sie vereinbaren eigenständig Kundentermine.
• Sie betreuen Bestandskunden vor Ort und telefonisch.

Focus on existing customer support
Location: Oberhaching

What you can expect...

• You identify the consulting and training needs in your sales area.
• You arrange customer appointments independently.
• You look after your existing customers on site and on the phone.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have an academic background (university, university of applied sciences, etc.).
• Ideally, you can demonstrate significant success in sales in the automotive industry.
• You have assertiveness, strong communication and negotiating skills.
• You enjoy traveling and have a driver's license.
