Field-Based Sales Manager Transplant - all genders - Gebiet: Nordwest (Hamburg, Bremen, Niedersachsen)

Our Team:

Join Sanofi in General Medicines to play a vital role in our business performance and impact millions worldwide. Under the direction of the Franchise Head, GSA Transplant, this individual will contribute to pre-launch planning, develop customer-focused plans for Transplant Centers, and achieve sales targets upon Product Launch.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify key stakeholders in Transplant Centers and develop engagement plans
  • Profile key Hematologist-Oncologists involved in cGvHD management
  • Create customer-focused plans aligned with brand strategy
  • Enhance Sanofi's reputation in transplantation
  • Coordinate unbranded campaigns to raise awareness
  • Engage with healthcare professionals at congresses and meetings
  • Build relationships based on medical information and ethics
  • Participate in meetings and symposia
  • Achieve sales and performance goals
  • Develop projects to improve patient care
  • Collaborate with Medical and Customer Engagement teams
  • Organize local events with key customers
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a commercial role in specialty care (hematology, oncology, transplant, immunology)
  • Knowledge and network in Transplantation or Hematology-Oncology
  • Marketing, project management, and digital skills
  • Strong results orientation and team collaboration
  • Willingness to travel (min. 80%), valid driver’s license
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong organization
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or similar (per §75 AMG)
  • Fluent in English and German
