Exyte is seeking a Field Architect who will plan and handle architecture-specific tasks within large construction projects and guarantee deadlines and budgets. The role requires on-site execution, coordination with external partners, and a strong grasp of architecture and quality standards.

Fluent German and English are essential for successful collaboration with authorities and clients. The candidate will be involved in execution planning, tendering, and site supervision across multiple project

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience with high-technical complexity projects in construction or infrastructure.
• Experience across project phases with focus on execution planning, tendering, and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of architecture, construction quality and design requirements; familiar with standards, regulations and codes.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with design offices, clients, authorities and inspection bodies.

• Ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals during planning and execution phases up to final approval for architecture, structural engineering and infrastructure of high-tech facilities.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of all project phases with external partners and service providers.
• Monitor and manage interfaces between architecture and other trades during construction.
• Maintain onsite presence to ensure effective project management and communication.

• Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality goals during the planning and execution phases up to final approval in the areas of architecture, structural engineering, and infrastructure for high-tech facilities
• Coordinating and collaborating on the planning and implementation of all project phases together with external partners and service providers
• Monitoring, identifying, and handling complex interfaces between architecture and other trade disciplines during construction
• Onsite presence: Making sure to be regularly on site to ensure effective project management and communication

Show your expertise

• Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience with projects of high technical complexity in the construction or infrastructure sector in German-speaking countries
• Experience in all project phases with a focus on execution planning, tendering, and site supervision
• Strong understanding of architecture, construction quality, and design requirements while being confident in handling standards, regulations, and codes
• Fluent German and English skills
• High communication and negotiation skills when dealing with design offices, clients, authorities, and inspection bodies
