Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical seminars, product demonstrations, and customer onboarding.

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, and R&D.
  • Assist customers in the analysis of NGS data, including variant calling and single-cell sequencing workflows.
  • Providing VoC feedback to team members, account managers and corporate leadership.

  • Travel up to 60% to customer sites, conferences, and regional meetings.

Required Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with proven success in presenting to scientific audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Google tools.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years lab or relevant experience with strong knowledge of molecular biology, NGS, cancer biology, and/or informatics.
  • Field applications or customer-facing support experience in the life sciences industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with bioinformatics tools and pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with single-cell multi-omics data and the ability to interpret such datasets is essential.
  • A minimum of a BSc with 5+ years experience, or MS with 3+ years, PhD preferred.

Travel:

  • Must be willing to travel up to 60%. Ability to manage a large territory.
