We are looking for a Field Application Engineers (various levels of seniority) to join a world leading technology company at their technology centre in Munich.

As a Field Application Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Market Strategy & Positioning: Develop & implement go-to-market strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the antenna industry.
• Customer & Partner Collaboration: Engage with mobile network operators, internal teams, & external partners to identify needs, create solutions, & drive adoption.
• Industry Insights & Product Development: Analyze market trends & customer requirements to guide product roadmaps & ensure competitive offerings.
• Technical Solution Promotion: Support sales teams by presenting antenna technologies, addressing technical concerns, & identifying innovation opportunities.
• Standardization & Industry Involvement: Contribute to shaping industry standards & positioning the company as a leader in the field.
• Global Business Expansion: Build & nurture long-term partnerships, supporting international growth initiatives.

As a Field Application Engineers your skills will include:
