Qualifikationen

• Master Elektriker oder Ingenieur mit Erfahrung im technischen Verkauf.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.

This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The Field Application Engineer (or Sales Engineer) markets complex technical products and convinces customers with technical expertise and strong sales skills. The FAE provides practical and customized solutions for our customers and assists in the implementation of technical products and services. In doing so, they work closely with account managers and customers. You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Technical sales and link between ABB product solutions and customers
2. Technical consulting, planning, and support for ABB products and systems
3. On-demand training for customers
4. Cross-referencing competitive products for quotation purposes
5. Market observation for specific solutions in the field and corresponding support for segments and PM areas in new and further developments

Qualifications for the role

• Master Electrician / Technician / Electrical or Industrial Engineer
• Experience in sales
• Knowledge of electrical installation
• Very good German skills, basic English skills
