Qualifikationen

We are currently seeking applicants for a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) Business Development Automotive.

This role can be performed from Selb, Heilbronn, or fully remote.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and promote Vishay Semiconductors and passive Components at automotive customers.
2. Identify potential application sockets and leverage Vishay's broadline portfolio to maximize future business.
3. Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to define new products and derivatives.
4. Serve as an internal technical interface among Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
5. Manage projects with Sales and Marketing to achieve product qualification and revenue goals.
6. Conduct technical and application training sessions.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience in semiconductor and passive component technology.
3. Hardware design experience is a plus.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
7. Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.
