Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is currently seeking applicants for a Field Application Engineer Industrial (m/w/d) North Germany/Denmark.

Location: Itzehoe or Heide or 100% remote (preferred). Residence should be in the northern region of Germany (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg) or Central Denmark Region (Midtjylland).

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsibility for the development of VISHAY business potentials (Design-In) at defined customers in accordance with the targets defined by the function related Management.
• Establish and develop relationship to the main (target, strategic) customers, key technical responsibility for these customers.
• First line of technical support for customers and sales force in the account/territory/industry segment.
• Give technical seminars about products and applications to customers.

What You Will Bring Along

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and Hardware simulation and design.
• Knowledge in passive and semiconductor electronic components and electronic mixed signal circuits designs.
• Experienced in Electronic Hardware Design engineering, preferable for power electronics and power conversion.
• Good technical presentation skills and scientific understanding.
• Knowledge in CAD design software like Matlab, Altium, Cadence, Eagle and similar.
• Ability to travel majority of your time to customers for face-to-face meetings and reviews.
• Fluent in German, English, and Danish.
